Motorola recently introduced its new model Motorola one Zoom. Just like other members of its “One” family the latest model, Motorola One Zoom also caters to the niche phone buyers with specific demands.
Launching in India
Motorola One Zoom is strongly expected to be launched in India before the year ends- most probably by the month of October. There is even a buzz in the mobile industry that the company might officially launch it in its upcoming company event that is reportedly scheduled on 18th September 2019.
It’s the USP of the phone. Motorola Zoom promises a paradigm shift in the camera experience with optical zoom – a premium camera feature that allows you to take clear pictures of distant objects without compromising on details. The camera comes equipped with 3X optical zoom
That promises crispy images without the retina-annoying grainy look. The powerful 10X hybrid zoom that further adds to its competence. In-depth sensor and wide-angle camera ensure the higher levels of flexibility to frame your shots the way you want- something that would be loved by serious photographers.
Its 48 MP rear camera prises sharper and better images even in the insufficient light by reducing the noise with the help of pixel binning technology that is relatively new technologies found in the modern phones for better camera experience. The 25 MP front cameras also promise a premium experience. Along wt general feature like smile detection the phone also offers premium purpose-specific image options like improved night vision (with AI), frame composition and color optimization functions.>> Fr smooth 4K video experience the phone offers an OIS technology.
Battery and power
The phone comes with a 4000mAH battery with 48 hours of life when used decently. It comes with 15W fast charging. However, in the real conditions, the battery life might vary depending upon your use. It comes with a 6.4 inch full HD+ OLED screen. As for the power the phone runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor. The total storage is 128 GB and it comes with a 4GB RAM.
Design, body, and colors
The design of the model is quite impressive and the 6000-series aluminum body gives it a solid look. The rear has a Gorilla Glass 3 protection and seems visually delectable with appealing satin glass and brushed textures. Its front is also protected with a sturdy Panada glass. One unique feature that you would notice is the company’s illuminated logo on its rear that doubles as a notification LED. The model is available in multiple tempting colors cosmic purple, brushed bronze and electric grey.
Although the current price in Euros is 429 (approx) translates to INR34,000, it is strongly expected that the company would reduce the prices for the Indian market and may keep it between Rs.25,000 and 30,000. However, these are just the expectations/assumptions and final pricing will be announced only at the time of official launching.
While the body is sturdy and the design is quite attractive the overall performance starts fluctuating during heavy usage. One thing that disappoints is its hybrid slot that compels you to insert either a SIM card or a microSD card. The USP of the phone, however, is its high-caliber camera with some unique features that would make it the favorite for serious photography enthusiasts who need more creative freedom while using the mobile camera. Internal memory is good and the model assures high security with more reliable options like face lock and fingerprint scanner.
