Huawei FreeBuds 3 has finally launched in India, the company announced on Wednesday. These are the world’s only open fit active noise cancellation truly wireless earbuds and they will be available in India exclusively on Amazon. The Huawei FreeBuds 3 has been listed on Amazon India with a ‘Notify Me’ option for interested customers. The TWS earbuds are powered by Huawei’s Kirin A1 chipset and come with a stem design that is similar to the Apple AirPods. Other key specifications of the FreeBuds 3 include Bluetooth 5.1, real-time active noise cancellation, 20-hour battery life and low audio latency.

Huawei FreeBuds 3 price in India has been set at Rs 12,990, making them slightly more affordable than the Apple AirPods. The TWS earbuds will be on sale on Amazon starting May 20th. The company has also announced some launch offers with the FreeBuds 3. To start with, customers will get Huawei CP61 Wireless Charger with the earbuds and users can avail no-cost EMI starting from Rs 18/day. To recall, the FreeBuds 3 was launched during IFA 2019. The earbuds will be available in Carbon Black and Ceramic White color options. There’s no word yet on the red colour variant.

As for the specifications, Huawei FreeBuds 3 earbuds come with 4.2mm dynamic drivers and are powered by the Kirin A1 chipset. The earbuds also boast 5ms processing latency and 94 percent Wind Noise Elimination. The touch sensors on the earbuds can control ANC, music playback and calls. The FreeBuds 3 come in a circular charging case that supports wireless charging. The earbuds provide 4 hours of playback on a single charge and can deliver up to 20 hours of playback with the help of the charging case.

The earbuds are said to be the first to feature dual-mode Bluetooth 5.1. It comes with Isochronous Dual Channel transmission technology that provides stable wireless connectivity. It features bone conduction technology and there is a bone voice sensor that picks up audio signals more effectively. The FreeBuds 3 housed in a rounded charging case, which is designed to comfortably fit in your pocket and rest easily in the palm of your hand.

With their ergonomic rounded curve and natural open-fit design, the company claims that Huawei FreeBuds 3 earpieces guarantee comfortable and stable wearing, allowing listeners to keep them in the ear for hours at a time.
